Pacific States has managed projects under the regulatory guidance of: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U. S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, CalTrans, California Department of Toxic Substance Control, Cal-EPA, Regional Water Quality Control Boards, local environmental health agencies and various local city, county and state fire and building departments. Our project managers are familiar with local, regional, state and federal regulations that may affect project planning and implementation. We have successfully completed remediation projects in soil, sediments, sludge and water with these contaminants of concern: acetone, asbestos, arsenic, BTEX, chromium, copper, DCE, lead, MEK, mercury, MTBE, PCBs, PCE, pesticides, petroleum hydrocarbons, poly-aromatic hydrocarbons, TCE, UXO, vinyl chloride, and volatile and non-volatile organic hydrocarbons.
